Can't connect to games in Rivals and Gauntlet - EA App PC

Every time I try to connect to a game in rivals or gauntlet i get an error trying to connect to a game. I can weirdly play online draft though. This issue only started after the recent patch to fix PC disconnect issues, which ironically wasn't impacting me. Is anyone else suffering from this? Does anyone have a fix?

    This is going to sound ridiculous but i found a fix for this. Filling my reserve spots allowed me to find a game and join. Ridiculous i know but it works.
