Stuck on loading screens and can't load FC Hub.

From this morning I have had an issue where I'm stuck on the different loading screens for long times. That includes loading the game, loading UT and I can't even access the FC HUB. Tried clearing cache, saved data, reinstalling, changing DNS, clearing saved data and the issue continues.
