CANT DISABLE SIMPLIFIED SKILL MOVES

Hi, this button appears to be disabled and I’m unable to change it. I’ve reset all settings multiple times but I still can’t turn off the “Simplified Skill Moves” option. I also switched settings from competitive to custom, but it still doesn’t change. Could you please help me fix this?
