Can't get a ping lower than 30 ms

Hey!

I live in Norway, and I'm used to having between 12-22 ms. This FIFA or FC, is the first one where I have over that and am constantly getting around 30 ms. This is making the gameplay far more delayed, and I sometimes experience it being 34 ms and in-game it's gone up to 100-112 ms. Have you done something to the servers or matchmaking?
