Early Access Elimination Cup issue

I would like to report an issue I encountered while playing the Ultimate Team Early Access Elimination Cup in FC26. On 20 Sep 2025 I entered the Final Match of the cup at 7:48 PM Cairo time. The cup refreshes daily at 8:00 PM Cairo time. I won the final match, but it finished at 8:02 PM Cairo time just after the refresh. After the match I faced several problems. I did not receive the winner’s reward from the objective. Normally I have 5 attempts per day to play the cup, but when the new day started it showed that I only had 1 attempt remaining out of 5 even though I had not played any match in the new day, and the game is not allowing me to use this 1 attempt. In addition the game does not allow me to continue in the new cup. It shows that I already won the first match, which was actually the final of the previous cup, so I cannot progress further. I have attached screenshots of the issue for your reference. I kindly ask you to review this case and help restore my final match reward and fix the progress tracking for the Elimination Cup.
