Cant get re-connected to EA servers

Hi guys. I was disconnected from the ea servers tonight and i have been able to re connect. My internet is working perfectly fine, i have restarted my xbox series x, and my game. However i am still unable to connect to the servers again. Can anyone help me with this issue please?? Thank you

Hi there. Please try these steps:

Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes

Power cycle your console by holding down the power button until it turns off

Power up the modem/router and console and try again
