Can't play the game
For several days now, whenever I try to play an online game mode (UT, Seasons, Clubs) the following happens: I find an opponent, I see a black loading screen for too long, the loading screen flashes, then the pre match intro starts. During the pre match intro, the graphic overlays bug out and say things like "*Stadiumname_1*" instead of the actual name. I can then skip the intro by myself which should not happen. After skipping, I load onto the pitch, where neither myself or my opponent have the player triangle over a players head. Then I get disconnected from my opponent. My network is fine, and I have no trouble playing other online multiplayer games. I have unlinked and relinked my ea account to my xbox account and that didn't fix anything. I described my problem to chatgpt and it output a suggested problem description to create a case on the ea support website: "My account disconnects from every online mode after the pre-match intro. My NAT type is Moderate due to T-Mobile CGNAT, and I already re-linked my Xbox once. Can you please reset my matchmaking profile and server authentication tokens? This issue is identical to the token desync bug EA acknowledged in FC 25." I have no confirmation when I submit my case and none of them show up in "my cases" on the support website. There is no live chat option and I already reached out on twitter to no response. I feel like I have exhausted all my options and have received no help whatsoever. This is very frustrating and I don't know what to do. I feel like I wasted the $62 I paid for the game.
