Can't skip cutscenes & celebrations

Hello,

I just bought and downloaded FC 26 on my PS5 Pro, and I'm having a problem. I can't skip any cutscenes or celebrations. When I press the X button (which should skip the cutscene), it opens the 'Quick Subs' feature instead. The R2 button, which is supposed to be assigned to 'Quick Subs', doesn't seem to work at all.

Basically, my issue is that the X button isn't skipping cutscenes. I need your help.
