HEPL, unable to launch FC 26

Question

So, I bought FC 26 Standard Edition first on my MAIN account on the EA app in February which I have played there since then and untill 18.April.

On 18.April I bought FC 26 Icons Edition on my 2nd Steam account, also I made a new EA account that I linked that steam account to. And after I bought the FC 26 Icons Edition on STEAM I am unable to launch the FC 26 Standard Edtition on the EA app. I have talked to EA help, they could't figure out the problem, so he sent me here.

What to do?

There would be a clash between different entitlements.
Could you first try to reinstall the game properly to see if that fixes it ?

Hey, it worked first right after I reinstalled the game. But now it wont work again. This should really not be a thing. It should not be nesecarry for me to reinstall the game every time I want to game on my MAIN account.

I have used around $2500 on it, fix this problem. Or give back money.

I would love to get atleast half the money I spent on the account that aint working. Thanks.Should I write my Credit Account number here? Or maybe paypal, revolut?
