Checking Connection Issue

Hi! I have an issue just today. When I try to play online modes on Ultimate team it says Checking connection and then it drops me on the Play menu again. I disabled the crossplay ,I restarted the console but nothing..

    same here cant even claim my rivals rewards or anything playing on ps5
