Club completely disappeared!

Hello,

I had a club, FC Fresnes - playing for hundred of matchs, and I tried to play again with friends but the club completely disappeared. I also tried to get access to it and look for it, but I don't see it anymore.

Do you know what could have happened, and if there is any way to recover it?
