Clubs and Season pass unavailable

Hello everyone,
For people who play FC 26 on multiple platforms aka generations such as PS4 and PS5:
- If you log in on GEN5 and then close the game, you will not be able to log in on GEN4 for 30 minutes after closing the game. After those 30 minutes, you can log in normally.
- If you log in on GEN5 and do not close the game, you will not be able to log in on GEN4 until the GEN5 game is closed and an additional 30 minutes have passed.
If you are still experiencing issues accessing Season Pass and Clubs, please provide us the following information to help with the investigation:
- Platform:
- Gamertag/PSN ID:
- Timestamp (date, time, and timezone):
- Did you sign in a different game version: (example: you played on PS4 and went back on PS5)

We noticed that some of you disabled Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) as a temporary workaround.Please note that account security is extremely important to us. If you have disabled TFA, make sure to re-enable it as soon as possible by following the steps in this article How to enable two-factor authentication on your EA Account.
