Every time me and my friends try to get into a game it’s searching for teammates and it says unable to find any and it’s like that all the time even if it’s 4 of us I’ve tried to disabled GK and enabled but it’s same issue all the time. Anyone know how to fix this?

Having exactly the same issue. When we have 4 players it just searches for teammates and never finds them. Same thing happens if we have search for GK disabled.
Having the same problem here, I've posted a few times about it with no answer so far.
The only way we get a game as a team is if a 'random' goalkeeper joins us (when we have a squad of 4), or if one of our squad leaves the lobby and it finds a random player.
The lobby should have a fill / no fill option so we can simply play as a team!! So annoying
