Thanks. Here are some suggestions that may help:

You're on an insider build of Windows 11. Move to a retail build instead and reinstall the EA App, FC 26 and EA AntiCheat after
Perform a clean install of the latest Nvidia Game Ready drive
Temporarily disable HDR and set your monitor to 60 Hz or 120 Hz. Launch FC 26 again
Make sure Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 are enabled in BIOS/UEFI
Disable anything like Hyper-V, Windows Sandbox, WSL2 and 3rd party virtualization tools if installed and active. VMWare, VirtualBox
Disable any overlays. Xbox Game Bar, Discord, GeForce Experience, RTSS, etc.
