Companion and web app are not accessible

Ea stole my money and they keep deleting my comments trying to silence me about it.

Please note that the 10-hour Trial included with an EA Play membership does not unlock access to the Web App or Companion App. To use those features, you need to have the full version of the game on your account, as explained in the image you attached.
