Companion App / Web App Access FC26

I cannot seem to access the companion app or web app for FC26. I have tried re-starting phone, wifi, using 5G, deleting the app, reinstalling and more for the last 4 days since Sep 19. I seem to meet the criteria for early access and have packs to open but can’t get in. I am located in Maryland but have a co-op friend in New York who has had no issues logging in.

Please note, I have not bought EAFC26 nor has my co-op friend.

I was however able to play EAFC25 no problem during this time period. I contacted EA Help chat, but was only told that it was a known issue and no fix. Also, never had any unique issues with EAFC25 companion app.
