Game freezing on loading screen

Question

Hi,I am not able to play FC26 anymore as it just keeps freezing on loading screens with no error codes, I have tried all the fixes in various discussion but nothing has fixed this issue.I do not expect to pay £80 for a game that I can no longer play, on top of this I and others spend extra money for packs etc.This game is totally unplayable now, this has only happened since the latest update for FC26, resolve this issue ASAP along with compensation for games freezing when winning and losing out on various rewards.This issue gradually got worse and now won't load past the intro screens

Same. I uninstall the game. I'm done.

I have done everything, uninstalled/reinstalled several times, cleared cache several times, rebuilt database several times, reinstalled the licence several times, plus other so called fixes, this is an EA problem that is not allowing paying customers to enjoy the game they have paid for.

Yeah it is a joke, I even got trading bans for hours although I am trading legally, just can't enjoy the or even load it now lol
