Companion app destroyed my hard work on icon swap

For the love of god, I was doing regular bronze SBC grind and the app used 6 icon token cards, how ?? How a token can be used às bronze cards ?? 

please EA, help me get my cards back, how is this possíble ? It took ton of hours to do it 

it took more than hours to do them, I checked icon token has specific rarity it wasn’t my fault the broken app used às bronze cards
