I’m posting here because I’m still waiting for compensation regarding an issue I had with EA FC 26 Ultimate Team. For about two weeks, I was completely unable to connect — every time I tried, I got the message:
"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu."
During that time, I couldn’t play Rivals, Champs, or Squad Battles. I had also completed around half of the Benzema objective but couldn’t finish it because of this issue. I opened around 10 support cases about it, and while I was told compensation would be provided once the issue was resolved, I haven’t received anything yet.
Could someone please check on this and confirm what’s happening with the promised compensation? It’s been really frustrating to miss out on two weeks of content and rewards.
