connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment issuse

Hello EA Support Team,  

I am currently unable to connect to the Ultimate servers in fc26.  
- EA Account Email: [edit: email address removed]  
- EA Username: parsakroozh
- Issue Description: When trying to access Ultimate mode, the connection fails and I receive ea servers are unavailable right now.....  

Please assist me in resolving this issue so I can access the Ultimate servers.
