Disconnecting from launcher and In game

Why are you guys disconnecting me while I'm in a tournament match? Like for some reason the game always been disconnecting me and saying the launcher is in offline mode. Why don't you guys fix your game/servers? and on top of that you guys give us a disconnection warning??
