Game Area/Feature/Mode: every mode, but specifically Ultimate Team
Potential Repro steps: download game, open game, sometimes can't get past loading screen. If lucky, can get to totw loading screen and usually crashes. If I get into UT, it crashes if I try any function within UT or navigate to squad, sbc, etc.
Summary of issue: I believe there is an issue in the Southwest server, Las Vegas, as clearly this is impacting people in the region. I started to notice it was difficult to log into FC 25 the last couple of weeks, figured it was in preparation for FC 26. Unfortunately, it has carried over to a game that is supposed to be fully developed. The game is incredibly slow to load. It will stall on loading screens, especially the TOTW loading screen. We receive an error code and are kicked out of EAFC or back to the previous page. I've already spoken to chat and they were unhelpful.

II'd send video if possible. There really should be compensation for this. I paid money to have early access for a fully developed game, not to spend hours troubleshooting for a billion dollar company.
Things I've tried: reboot, uninstall/reinstall, safe mode repair console storage, update system software, cleared cache, rebuild database...
