connecting ultimate team is not possible at the moment

I have been trying to play the game for 24 hours. I bought ea play to play before early access but I couldn’t. Now the game has launched and I can’t play Ultimate team. When I click on it it tries to launch I see totw screen but I can’t get into the ultimate team. I could couple of times but I even can’t open a pack it gave me an error and took me to the main menu. If you can’t solve the problem I want refund and never gonna play the game . Im playing the ultimate team for 8 years. Im almost done.
