Connection and ping issue on FC26 PS5

Hi 

In the last week my ping on FC26 has gone awful seeing numbers like 1000ms and the game is unplayable. I either have to quit the game because it’s that bad or I get disconnected from EA servers. I sometimes can’t even connect to EA servers or I get disconnected in menus. Before u tell me to go to ea help and try the suggestions I’ve done all of them and all the suggestions on the PlayStation website. 
Can someone help me and fix this problem
