I joined the RTTF League, but I get disconnected from the server immediately after the match starts. When I restart Ultimate Team, it is recorded as if I was the one who disconnected. However, there are no issues with my internet connection. I can play Rivals and RUSH normally.
This problem also occurred in previous events such as the Europa League and the South America League, and I wasn’t able to play a single match in the end.
I have contacted support multiple times through the help section, but I have not received any response, and I am at a loss.
The file is from the Europa League event.
Had the same issue today on Xbox x, same event and the week before on a special event . Rush , rivals etc never a problem and my internet connection is totally fine . Guy I was meant to be playing( clearly same thing at his end) then messaged me with some cheeky abuse . Very disappointed as my understanding is EA have been and are aware of this issue yet here we are :(
