Re: Connection Issue During RTTF Live Event Matches

Dear EA Sports Support,

I am writing to report an issue during the new RTTF Live Event in EA FC 26. FC 26 RTTF League qualification was blocked by a kickoff disconnect bug. I had 14 entries and needed to complete at least 12 matches. Multiple matches disconnected immediately after kickoff and still consumed my entries. Because of this technical issue, qualification is now impossible through no fault of my own. Please investigate my account, escalate this issue, and restore the lost entries or provide a fair compensation.

I would appreciate it if you could review my case and provide a solution.

Interesting. I know on my son’s account when he first logs in and plays one of these live events it will always disconnect for his first game. The games after this first game do not disconnect. this has been happening all year. However, I never have this issue on my account, which is very strange.
