Connection Problems

For the last 3 days my game perfomance is so bad in eafc 26 it tells me "UNSTABLE CONNECTION" to be clear I firstly did internet speed test where i got 400 mbps on download and 500 upload  which is more than enough I tried playing other games such us CSGO, Fortnite and Valorant to see if the problem wasa from me however I got 25-45 fps from all of them. While doing transfers buying players on ultimate team everything moves extremely smooth however just when I go in game the connection drops I saw one time gettin 1293 ping. I tried unistalling and installing the game however it didnt help, # days ago my game was perfect I dont know what happend randomly now I need help.
