Hello. Thanks for reaching out. It looks like this is happening due to being on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away? If so, can you at least move close enough to use a wire just to test this to see if that is the issue or not?

I have klik en klaar from odido, basically I can’t connect with the wire, klik and klaar it’s like router bit without wire, I don’t know what has been changed, but first a few weeks everything was okay 

Can you move close enough to the router to use a wire instead of being wireless?

I have router with SIM card inside, it doesn’t have an any ware it’s temporary because I’m waiting for fiber optic. Do you think WiFi provider changed something, that’s why I can’t play now? 
If you don’t have an answer then I will wait for fiber optic

You would need to contact your ISP to see if they know why the equipment they provided isn't working now. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps here? They may help.
