Constant clicking sounds ps5

I suffer from Misophonia which effects my emotional state when hearing everyday sounds non stop. Its not every game it happens but when it happens I cant play fc and if im playing online it really effects me as I cant just quit the game without you guys moaning at me for a DNF. Will this be fixed as I paid money for a game and because of the clicking im stuggling. It sounds like a menu screen when you toggle through the options. Why has this not even been fixed. Please help

As I said in my last reply Louis1210 "we have passed this on to the team and as such there is nothing more we can do on the forums. We will keep working with the team and share any updates with you".

Unless there is an update from the team then I will not be able to respond to every post.

Yes I totally get that but I just wondered if you received my latest video and forwarded it which was my concern.
Ive always thought if you assist with customers of your product that in terms is customer service....e.g someone asks for help and you as a member of the company are there to support that customer with their concerns. That has always been customer service / customer support.

Look i do appreciate your help. Its just so frustrating to buy a product that you cant fully utilise because of the faults / glitches in game that effects someone's medical issues. In all the years playing games ive never experienced this before.
Anyway thank you darko and I hope you did manage to forward my other video over. 👍
