Constant disconnects at the end of games and receiving losses.

This game has become the most miserable experience ever. I am constantly getting disconnected at the end screen and receiving losses on wins. This game is borderline unplayable, do I just have to charge back at this point considering EA support is completely useless and will blame my PC and internet even though I have NEVER had problems on any other game.
