Error CE-112987-8
I’m getting error CE-112987-8 on PS5 when trying to download an EA Play trial. My EA Play subscription is active, the issue happens only with this game, and I can’t add or download the trial from the PS5 Store or from the PlayStation App. I’ve already tried restarting the console, signing out and back into PSN, restoring licenses, and using the app instead of the console, but nothing worked. Other games download fine, so this looks like a license issue on the account/server side rather than a console problem. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?
