Constantly losing connection and taking long to load

EA I have been trying to play FC 26 but everytime I enter the game it takes so so long to load and sometimes it doesn't even load and says that I lost my connection. I already tested my connection score through your website and got a score of 95. I have great connection so I think there's a bug with the game. Ever since the early release I've only been able to play 1 match, just 1 match. And the problem isn't my internet because I have great connection. Please help me fix this problem soon, payed a lot of money for this. Thank you
