controller and fps issue

High controller input delay on FUT gameplay and extreme FPS drop whenever i put my display to 1920x1080 (whether it's fullscreen or borderless) so i can only play at 1280x720 windowed so that i can prevent fps drop. This problem consistently happens since the start of early access release, and as someone who is really competitive at this game, i'm really really dissapointed about it since i can't play the game without technical issue untill TODAY and i'm genuinely sick of this. FC25 with my device ran well without any issue whatsoever, but FC26 is beyond unplayable. I just want to find a way to fix these things or if there's any chance of a refund, i would love to refund this game.
