controller connection and gamplay

recently the game has felt awful, my matches feel super slow and unresponsive, and for some reason my ping will start off at 10-20ms then jump to 200+ ms during the match randomly. Also when having 240fps enabled my controller will randomly disconnect durig the match and i have no control over my team even after reconnecting multiple times, but when i lower my fps to 120fps the issue disappears not sure how that makes sense lol, this new update has ruined the game for me and i think it's fair that i receive compensation for this as i can literally not play a single online match, which is a fundamental part of this game.
