FC 26 Rivals matches not being counted after disconnection

I wanted to relax and play some Rivals matches today after a long day, but FC 26 servers kept kicking me out even though my connection was completely stable. Out of 8 Rivals matches, I lost 2 normally, but in 5 other matches, I was clearly winning before I got disconnected, and those matches didn’t count at all. They were neither wins nor losses, just completely missing from my record.

This is really frustrating, especially since I’m currently in Division 3 and was very close to reaching Division 2 before these issues started. These uncounted matches waste time and effort and make progression in Rivals unfair.

This problem has been happening since yesterday, and I really want to know how long this situation will continue before it’s fixed.
