Controller Disconnecting Randomly

I have a PlayStation 5 controller connected via USB, and it randomly disconnects for a few seconds before reconnecting during gameplay. The issue occurs once or twice per game session, and the controller appears to freeze momentarily during disconnection. I'm playing through Steam, and this problem has persisted since I purchased the game. I've already tried reinstalling the game, removing all EA App-related files, and deleting every paired Bluetooth device. At this point, the only remaining option seems to be formatting my PC.
