Controller doesnt respond to inputs

Since 4th May my gamepad controller (NOX Krom Key Wired PC) stopped responding some inputs.

Tested with another Gamepad controller and happens the same.

This happens while in the game and also in the menus.

Happens with all the buttons, for example sometimes doesn't respond to the A button, others with L1 and R1 buttons.

I've noted also that in the game intensity of the shoot in the A button is unbalanced and the sprint is not accurate and doesnt stop immediatly after releasing the button.

I purchased the game on steam in December and never had the problem since 4th May.

My PC is a Windows 10 Pro.

Can you help solve this problem ?

Hey JP1971 understand it is frustrating but unfortunately, the NOX Krom Key Wired PC is not a supported controller for FC26.

The only supported controllers are the official Xbox and PS controllers. While others may work with the game, there is no guarantee of this, and we are not able to offer support if you run into issues like this.

Best thing I can recommend is to ensure that your device is fully up to date and to check with the manufacturer for any tips to get it working.

I'd recommend reaching out to your controller support for further assistanceJP1971.

They may be able to help troubleshoot and get it working again.

I've done many things trying solve the issue:
removed the device from windows and add it again. Test with another similar device. Connected device on other USB ports. Enabled and disabled Steam input on Steam. None of these solved the issue.
Also tested the Device on Windows e it's working fine, problem only happens on EAFC26.

Hey JP1971 we offer as much support as we can but if you are using an unsupported controller, then the level of support we can offer is limited.

Unsupported controllers can work in many cases but when issues arise, we can't troubleshoot them as we simply don't support them.

Did you try what I suggested about ensuring the device is fully updated and speak with your controller support?

Hi, in more than 20 years playing games on PC with non official controllers never had an issue like this one. Hope in the future Games like this one will give more support to their clients.
