Controller experience/input issues.

Hi there,

I'm experiencing some weird controller (I think input) issues. 

I am playing via the EA Play App on PC, with an Xbox controller. 

When I run the game and load intot he menus, my controller starts continuosly vibrating, alongside a message in the bottom right corner saying '! New Input Connected'. These two things happen simultaneously. I go into the controller settings, and there's three inputs: my mouse and keyboard ( ithink epxected) appears at the bottom, but there's a PlayStation controller in input 1, and finally my actual Xbox controller in input 3. 

While I do find it annoying, what more annoys me is the impact it has on my game. The vibration goes away after I play a  function of the game i.e. a game, or Moments on FUT, or I go into the controller settings from the main menu. Moreover, it just stops me from being able to play Skill games in Pro Clubs... which is a pretty vital way to compete and level up in this game mode.

I've googled for a few hours and followed various steps, all of which to no avail, and I haven't found anything like this on the forum through my scrolling. 

Does anyone have any ideas on how to help fix? Or has anyone else experienced this issue too?
