Controller input delay and stutter gameplay

Hey,

On fifa menu everything is fine but as soon as i get in a game i have massive input delay of like 3 seconds and my gameplay stutters and is in slow motion, it started afther this update. I have tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. 

pls ea help
