Controller input delay in only fc 26

In Fc my controller has some weird input delay were it randomly freezes then resumes like in the menu it'll freeze when in sbcs and then will just automaticly keep scrolling and in game it will just stop inputting my controller and my player just keeps dribbling. its only this game as its fine in other games.
