Controller moving on its own in the Menus!

Hello all!

When starting the game, everything is good and working fine.
By the time i press RT ( Check friends or invitations) the menu goes crazy and it starts forcing the move to the right.

Can't really do anything more than restart the game as it won't get fixed.

I have tested several things as steam imput off/on.
Fps capped/uncapped.
Cursor to the right upper screen

Nothing works.

Any ideas?
