Controller problem (pc)

Dear FIFA Support Team,

I am experiencing a recurring issue while playing FIFA on my PC using a PS5 controller connected via cable. Until today everything has been working without any problems. I have played quite a lot today as I have been sick, and the controller worked fine throughout the day.

However, this evening the controller suddenly stopped responding during matches. None of the buttons worked. When I closed the game and launched it again, the controller worked normally—but only for about 30 minutes. After that, the exact same issue occurred again.

I have not changed any settings or hardware, and the controller works normally outside the game. This problem seems to be specific to FIFA.

Please look into this issue or provide guidance on how to fix it.
