Severe lag and stuttering during matches on PC

The game is extremely laggy during matches on PC.

Menus are smooth but gameplay stutters heavily.

This happens even on systems that meet minimum requirements.

I upgraded RAM and tried multiple settings but the issue persists.

Many PC users are experiencing the same problem.
