Cosmetic Evolutions animations stopped working?

I went to play FUT and noticed that the cosmetic animations like 'BLUE ICE' and 'RED FIRE' that I received as a reward during the season pass are not working on my assigned players anymore?  Also, th...

Bumping this up...mine is still broke!  I really don't want to do the uninstall/reinstall thing just for some cosmetics?!  But really wish this would start working again!  EA...are you paying attention?  I realize you have bigger fish to fry with other gameplay issues but at least acknowledge it's a problem and will get to it??
