counted as loss even though game was finished

I was just playing Rivals, and I was already winning 9-3. Referee blew the final whistle, then suddenly the game said ea server unavailable, and the game counted as a loss, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OVER! 

Is there anyway for the game result to be reviewed and to fix DNF multiplier? Feels like it was a cheat from opponent.
