Crash squad battles

Error CE-108255-1 only on the first account

As soon as I start Squad Battles mode, it crashe

But on the same PlayStation, everything works fine on the second account. How is this possible? 

Per favore risolvete il problema, voglio fare i miei punti prima dell' uscita dei premi .
