Crashing and freezing every two minutes ps5

Crashing and freezing on every menu every two mins. I’m constantly having to restart the game. Fc 26. Help!! Please read. No error codes and I’ve tried every troubleshooting method going. It’s an issue with EA system somewhere. It needs a fix because I know it’s not just me . No lag.
