Frequent disconnection from Ultimate team

Hi EA_Aljo​,

Facing frequent disconnections in ultimate team on PC:

1. Mid game in rivals or even squad battles
2. When swapping a player from squad, loading icon appears and then UT disconnects.
3. Sometimes just randomly in main menu.
4. Sometimes unable to enter UT.

Steps tried till now:

1. DNS flush and change
2. Profile deletion for game and reverting all graphic configs to auto.
3. Ran the game on mobile hotspot.
4. Disabling background apps.
5. Reinstalling EA app and the game.

Issue still persists after trying all above steps.

I am using wired connection for internet. My connection quality score is 95/100.

One thing that i noticed that when graphic settings are set to auto, the connection stays a bit longer. However, eventually after probably 10 minutes in this case, UT disconnects.

Facing this issue from last 4 days. Kindly let me know if there is a workaround or fix for this.
