Frequent disconnection from Ultimate team
Hi EA_Aljo,
Facing frequent disconnections in ultimate team on PC:
- Mid game in rivals or even squad battles
- When swapping a player from squad, loading icon appears and then UT disconnects.
- Sometimes just randomly in main menu.
- Sometimes unable to enter UT.
Steps tried till now:
- DNS flush and change
- Profile deletion for game and reverting all graphic configs to auto.
- Ran the game on mobile hotspot.
- Disabling background apps.
- Reinstalling EA app and the game.
Issue still persists after trying all above steps.
I am using wired connection for internet. My connection quality score is 95/100.
One thing that i noticed that when graphic settings are set to auto, the connection stays a bit longer. However, eventually after probably 10 minutes in this case, UT disconnects.
Facing this issue from last 4 days. Kindly let me know if there is a workaround or fix for this.
In my case, using Cloudflare WARP alone was sufficient to stabilize Ultimate Team. You can download it from the official site: https://one.one.one.one/
Steps that worked for me:
Close EA App and FC26.
Install Cloudflare WARP and connect.
Launch EA App, then start FC26.WARP did not increase ping for me, as it replaces a congested ISP routing path with Cloudflare’s optimized backbone. Even with encapsulation, the cleaner route can result in equal or lower latency.

Additional note: You can enable Cloudflare WARP to start with Windows so it is already running when your PC boots. Just make sure WARP is connected before launching the EA App and FC26.Let me know if this works.
