Crashing in manager career issue

the game keeps suddenly crashing even after rebuilding the database and cleaning the disc it doesn’t stop note that i use a disc and its not a digital version but this problem is in manager career i didn’t try the other modes but idk anyways i want a solution to this its getting pretty annoying and i can’t play without it interrupting
