Hello! I was doing some premium league upgrade SBCs and accidentally sent 2 of the Pro League swaps into the SBC itself. It happened 2 hours ago and nobody seems to be able to help. The refund on the players that I entered on the sbc can be done because EA 2 weeks ago returned all the players sent into am ICON PP because the title was including some icons that weren’t available on the PP.
Please help me I don’t know what do to and I need those tokens for R9.

unfortunately, it's not possible to refund or return players that were sent into an SBC - this is also mentioned in our article about SBCs. Ff someone returned players from an SBC to you before, I'm not sure how they did that as that shouldn't be possible.
There's nothing that can be done in this situation.
Yes, it can be done, since EA, when they included some WW icons in the Icon PP SBC announcement (icons that weren't originally included), later sent all the items one by one to everyone who had completed the SBC, to their club. I'm a user who has been playing this game for 10 years, and now being left without Ronaldo Nazario because you refuse to review my account seems very unprofessional on your part. Stop using PaleTools. Simple. And don't say you willingly put 2 icon swaps in. Deserved.
I haven’t used any extension whatsoever. You can create a squad in the app too, noob.
Community ManagerIf it's a systemwide error on EAs side, a change can be done as a systemwide correction - this isn't really a reversal of an SBC though, the way you want it. It's not possible to reverse an individual player's SBC. Once again, please refer to the article, where the details and limitations of SBCs are explained. Here is the part I'm referring to:
All SBC submissions are final. Once you complete an SBC, the Items you submit are permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards. Our advisors can’t restore Items you’ve submitted.
Once again, unfortunately, there is nothing to be done in this situation.
Please make sure you check thoroughly before sending off an SBC as they are final.
I completed the SBC for the 1A Pro League; it's not a player SBC. After that, I don't need any of the players from the submitted squad. I'm happy to have the two Belgian league tokens refunded, or to be allowed to complete the challenges again to obtain them. If you were able to refund the players due to a global system error, is it also possible to do so for an account? I've been playing for 10 years, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I would really appreciate a solution. I hope you will understand. Thank you.EA_Pythia
